Autosort Walkthrough

Autosort will place all the components you bought for your character into the correct pack(s) for you. This saves a LOT time from dragging your components to your different packs after restocking. Thanks Haz!

***Setup***

First, run the config.exe file.

When I first ran the config.exe file, it said I was missing the comdlg32.ocx file and wouldn't run.

If you have problems just download and run this file

Once you have the Config.exe file running, select on the items and assign them a pack number. Do not count you main pack as number one.

Save to the default.asc file from within the Config.exe program. *Note, if you want to have this setup for different chars, save the .asc file as something other than default for each char, ie. john.asc, mary.asc

***How to use Autosort in AC***:

Open Autosort and click on the count components button and on each component type button you wish to buy.

Now open your favorite mage who you buy comps from, open to the components bar and have your main backpack open.

Click on the Fillcomps button within the autosort program, autosort will tell the mage to put components for each type into the buy bar.

Now on the bar at the bottom of your screen, buy your components.

Next, within autosort box, click on the sort button.

Tada! Instant Nirvana!

***How to use the Move Items tab***

Move [number of items you want moved starting from the first item in your pack]
Items to Pack [number of pack]

will move however many items you want to another pack.. good for mana charges after you /fillcomps, or whatever.. but there are some other neat uses.

IF you tell it to move items into pack 8, it will drag it to where the trade window or sell window is. Great for selling loot or muling 25 items

If you tell it you want it to move it to pack 0.. it will stack it with objects already in your pack. this is great for people who carry peas in their main pack, or people who do trade skills (just tell it you want to move 39 items to pack 0... voila, 40 pizzas are stacked ;p
